FORT WORTH — Texas Wesleyan University is accepting nominations for induction into the Texas Wesleyan Athletic Hall of Fame, with a deadline of Dec. 1, 2026.
Nominations will be reviewed by the Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee. Final selections will be submitted to the university president for approval. A maximum of five inductees may be selected each year.
Selection criteria include athletic excellence, emeritus support of Texas Wesleyan athletics and exemplary service to Texas Wesleyan athletics.
To qualify, a nominee must have competed for a minimum of two athletic seasons at Texas Wesleyan, exhibited conduct becoming of the university and its athletic department, and at least five years must have elapsed since the nominee last competed for the university.
Nomination forms require the nominee's name, sport(s) played, contact information, years competed at Texas Wesleyan, nominator information and a supporting statement detailing accomplishments, honors, contributions and other relevant information.
