MBB: Rams Beat Stars on the Road

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - ON Saturday, Texas Wesleyan emerged victorious against Oklahoma City with a final score of 79-71.  

The Rams performed well, especially in the first half, securing a first-half lead of 46-32. The team continued their momentum in the second half, ultimately winning.  

The Rams' shooting percentages were impressive, with a total field goal percentage of 49.1%, three-point percentage of 45.5%, and free throw percentage of 86.7%. 

Isaiah Marin led the Rams with 20 points, complemented by Kris Lafayette's precise shooting, which contributed 14 points. 

TXWES effective utilization of free throws, combined with solid rebounding, played a crucial role in their success—Micale Mee's well-rounded performance from the bench, including 20 points and three steals. 

Their well-balanced offense contributed to the victory, with significant contributions from players like Adetokunbo Bakare and Kipplyn Richvine.

The Star's leading scorer was Yorgio Golesis, with 19 points.
