MBB: Rams Win at Home on Senior Day

On Senior Day, Texas Wesleyan emerged victorious against Central Christian College of Kansas 84-73.  

Texas Wesleyan's balanced scoring, led by Adetokunbo Bakare with 16 points and Kipplyn Richvine with 15 points, proved decisive. Central Christian's Chris Whitten led his team with a notable 23 points, supported by Jevarrick Butler's 16 points.

The first half saw Texas Wesleyan dominate, boasting an impressive 63.64% field goal percentage and a substantial lead. The team continued their solid performance in the second half, securing a 53.3% overall field goal accuracy. TXWES proficiency in the paint and effective utilization of bench players, who contributed 24 points, played a crucial role in maintaining their lead.
