OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Texas Wesleyan's Jaelynn Williams has been named the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) Women's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday morning.

Williams secured a third-place finish in the Long Jump at the NAIA/JUCO Challenge with a mark of 5.66 meters, meeting the NAIA "B" Standard in the event.

Other nominees for the honor included Ky'Leah Hill (Langston), Lexi Horn (Oklahoma City), and Evie Scoles (John Brown).
