KANSAS CITY– Texas Wesleyan University will send a strong contingent of student-athletes to the 2025 NAIA Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, set for May 21-23 in Marion, Indiana, at Indiana Wesleyan University.
The Rams men's team qualified in multiple events, highlighted by a nationally ranked 4x100-meter relay squad. The relay team of Camden Martin, Benjamin Perin, Mark Benjamin, Tyrece Grant, Tajean Houston, and Jarod Brackens—enters the championships seeded fifth with a time of 40.19 seconds.
Individually, junior Tyrece Grant will compete in the 400-meter dash, where he ranks eighth nationally with a time of 46.77. Senior Tajean Houston holds the second-fastest time in the country in the 110-meter hurdles at 13.80 seconds. Senior Joshua Morris will represent the Rams in the triple jump, seeded fourth with a mark of 15.18 meters. Camden Martin also qualified for the long jump, ranked 15th at 7.32 meters.
On the women's side, sophomore Kenna Conner earned a spot in the 100-meter hurdles, entering the event ranked 20th nationally with a time of 14.13.
