OKLAHOMA CITY. OK - The Sooner Athletic Conference announced their All-Conference awards with six players from the Rams recognized among them. The Rams had three players selected to the first team, their most since 2018 when they had four players selected to the first team. This is also a big step up from last year as the Rams didn't have any first team selections in the last two seasons.
Sophomore outfielder
Haylie Delarosa was named to the All-Conference first team outfield as well as receiving a Gold Glove. Delarosa had a .421 average with 64 hits (most on the team) and 16 stolen bases. Her 1.000 fielding percentage helped her become one of the top fielders in the conference. Delarosa was named to the second team in 2024. Sophomore
Kylie Barnes was recognized as the first team all conference utility player, Barnes had a .443 average with 62 hits and led the team with seven home runs. This is Barnes second recognition as she was named to second team in 2024. Junior
Jaelin Ornelas was also recognized as first team with an at large selection. Ornelas had a .398 average with 51 hits and 26 RBIs. Ornelas took a massive jump as she was named as an honorable mention in 2024.
Junior
Ashley Darilek was named to the All-Conference second team for infield as she boasted a .358 average with 48 hits. This is her first time being named to the SAC All-Conference team, along with freshman
Ally Hinojosa who was named to the second team with an at large bid. Hinojosa had a .315 average with 35 hits as she played a key role in the DP position for the Rams this season. Senior
Abbie Bird was given honorable mention honors, her second year in a row receiving that honor.
Oklahoma City and University of Science and Arts led the award list with numerous players. Oklahoma City infielder Analise Rayburn was named the 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Year and Science and Arts Pitcher Sophie Williams won Pitcher of the Year.
