FORT WORTH - Texas Wesleyan University (30–7, 16–5 SAC) fell to College of the Ozarks (24–16, 11–10 SAC) with a 5–0 loss at Sycamore Park on Friday. Texas Wesleyan managed only three hits in the game, while the Bobcats secured the win with five runs on seven hits.
College of the Ozarks took an early lead in the first inning. Ty Rush singled to right field and later advanced to third. Chandler Eubanks followed with a single to right field, driving in two runs to put the team ahead 2–0.
The sixth inning saw College of the Ozarks extend its lead. Kyle Beeman, a pinch runner, scored on a sacrifice fly by Brody Baumann. A single from Craig Busse brought in two more runs, solidifying a 5–0 lead through six innings.
Texas Wesleyan was unable to score throughout the game, with the Bobcats maintaining their advantage. The final score stood at College of the Ozarks 5, Texas Wesleyan 0.
Michael Pelosi started for Texas Wesleyan, pitching 5 1/3 innings and allowing five earned runs on six hits while striking out four and walking three. He threw 91 pitches, 61 of which were strikes, and his WHIP stood at 1.76. Notably, Pelosi managed to pick off one baserunner and retired seven batters on fly balls.
Michael Stewart appeared in relief, pitching 1 2/3 innings, allowing no runs on one hit, and recording a WHIP of 0.83, with three flyouts and two groundouts over 17 pitches.

The Rams secured a commanding victory over the Bobcats, winning 12–6 in game two.. The team took control in the second inning with a four-run surge.
Daniel Hernandez singled to center field, followed by
Eric DeAnda's single to right field, which advanced Hernandez to third.
Giuseppe Buttaci drove in the first run with a single to the pitcher, while
Jose Rangel's single to right center brought home another. An error by the pitcher allowed Rangel to advance, setting up
Marcos Carrion's RBI groundout.
Idelfonso Garcia capped the inning with an RBI single, putting the Rams ahead 4–0.
In the third inning, the Rams' offense continued its strong performance by adding seven more runs.
Jorge Herrera walked and
Jack Erickson singled, both advancing on a balk. Hernandez's single to center scored Herrera, followed by DeAnda's RBI single. Buttaci's hit, combined with an error, allowed two more runs to score. Rangel's sacrifice fly brought in another run before a wild pitch enabled Aidan Vega, pinch running for Carrion, to score. Herrera's groundout drove in the final run of the inning, extending the lead to 11–2.
The sixth inning saw the Rams add another run.
Brendon Vela tripled to center field, and
Endi Jaquez, pinch running, scored on Herrera's single, pushing the score to 12–2.
Although the Bobcats mounted a late rally in the seventh inning, scoring four unearned runs, the Rams' lead proved insurmountable. Texas Wesleyan's strong early innings set the tone for the game, resulting in a 12–6 victory.
Samuel Mendez delivered a solid starting performance, pitching 4 innings while allowing 3 hits and 2 earned runs. He struck out three batters and walked one, earning a victory with a 1.00 WHIP. Rey Rivera, Jr. contributed with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, yielding no hits and only one walk.
Gabriel Supelveda recorded one out, inducing a ground ball, and maintained a perfect WHIP.

Noah Crews struggled, combining for 4 walks and 2 runs in their brief appearances.
Giuseppe Buttaci led the Rams with three RBIs and two runs scored, displaying a strong presence at the plate. Herrera contributed significantly, recording two RBIs and adding a run. Hernandez also had a productive outing, scoring two runs and collecting two hits.
