FORT WORTH, TX: The Texas Wesleyan University volleyball team (23-3, 12-3 SAC) grabbed a 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-16) win over the University of Science & Arts (2-21, 1-14 SAC) at the Sid Richardson Center on Friday.

The Lady Rams had an unorthodox rotation on Friday night, as all 15 players saw action. 11 players recorded a kill
Shelby Stinnett leading the charge with 11. Britni Mohle knocked down seven kills. Jaramillo finished with six.
Tierra Coverson notched five kills to go along with two solo blocks and two block assists.
Sasha Robinson added 21 assists in the win.

The Rams hit .400 in the first set, jumping out to a 10-point lead on a 9-0 rally. Whenever Coverson  and Jaramillo tally four kills each in one set, the result is never good for the opposing team. TXWES took the set on a Mohle kill, 25-11.

In the second set,
Kayla Hayes recorded two consecutive aces as part of an 8-0 run to take a12-4 advantage. The Rams also scored the last 8, including three Stinnett kills and a pair of
Chalon Anderson aces. The Rams won the second set, 25-13.

The score was tied five times to start the third set before TXWES charged to a commanding lead with an 11-2 rally that boasted four kills from
Dana Lohrke. Stinnett also contributed three aces to the cause before the Lady Rams coasted to a 25-16 win.

The Lady Rams will celebrate senior day tomorrow with a match against Mid-America Christian University starting at 7:00 p.m. Senior day activities will occur after the match.
