PLAINVIEW, Texas – Texas Wesleyan University men's wrestling took an overwhelming victory in a dual meet at Wayland Baptist in the first action of 2020 for the second year program.
The Rams dominated from the 141-lb weight class up to the 285-lb division to rally for 48 uncontested points.
On the women's side, Mea Mohler and Camille Fournier were the bright spots in the loss. Mohler earned a fall over Jasmine Davis at the 5:37 mark. Fournier posted a fall at the 3:17 mark over Rebekah Cordova.
The two squads will compete in the 2020 USA Under 23 and UWW Junior Nationals in Omaha, Neb. starting on Friday, November 13. The event runs until Sunday, November 15.
