KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The NAIA has announced the qualifiers for the 2021 Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field National Championships on Tuesday.
Ray Vidales, Charles Dorsett, and Kajon Parris will represent the Rams, all participating in the 800 meter run.
The NAIA Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Dakota State University will take place at the Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Fieldhouse in Yankton, S.D.
Vidales, a junior physical education major from San Antonio, qualifies with a NAIA seventh best time in the 800 meter run at 2:18.33.
All-American Charles Dorsett, a sophomore exercise science major, ran the second fastest time in the NAIA in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:52.41.
Kajon Parris, a junior business administration major, will join teammate Dorsett in the 800 meter, qualifying with the 11th fastest time in the nation at 1:55.11.Â
The women's semifinal 800 meter run is set to start at 3:15 p.m. on March 3, while the men's semifinal 800 meter run is set for 3:15 p.m. on March 4.
The women's final for the event is set for 12:45 p.m. on March 5, while the men's final is set for 12:45 p.m. on March 6.Â
