Volleyball Prospect Camp set for June 12

Don't miss your chance to be coached by a national championship contender

FORT WORTH, Texas - Texas Wesleyan head volleyball coach Jessica Ransom has announced a Texas Wesleyan Volleyball Prospect Camp on Saturday, June 12, 2021. The camp will run from 9am – 3pm at the Sid Richardson Center on the campus of Texas Wesleyan. Register here.

Prospect Camp- Saturday June 12  ($100 per participant, pay by cash or check at the door)

This is an opportunity for volleyball players from 9th grade through 12th grade (2021-2022 school year) to receive instruction, run through drills, and be seen by the Texas Wesleyan volleyball coaching staff.  Participants will receive 2.5 hours of training as well as 2.5 hours of competition.  During our lunch break, we will take a tour of campus. Please bring your own lunch to enjoy after the campus tour.

TXWES Volleyball has finished as the runner-up in the SAC tournament and has earned a bid to the national tournament for four consecutive seasons. In just three seasons as head coach, Jessica Ransom has a 68-26 (.734) record. In 2019, she led the program to its first national tournament final site win since 2005. She has coached 3 NAIA All-Americans, 4 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 17 all-conference selections, including one Defensive Player of the Year,  one Attacker of the Year,  one Newcomer of the Year, and two Freshman of the Year.
