SPRINGFIELD, MO—The Texas Wesleyan Women's Tennis team finished runner-up in the conference championship this weekend after losing to 4-0 against William Woods in the championship match.

Two TXWES Women's Tennis players were named 2022 Women's Tennis Singles First Team All-Conference after the 2022 season. The Lady Rams won in the quarterfinals against Evangel 4-0, and won 4-0 in the semifinals against Missouri Valley College. Although the Lady Rams fell in the championship match, they put together a valiant performance to end the season.

Aurora Novati from Milan, Italy accomplished First Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis. Thamara Pinto from Lima, Peru accomplished First Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis.

Two TXWES Women's Tennis players were named 2022 Women's Tennis singles Second Team All-Conference after the 2022 season.

Nicole Straznicky from Lima, Peru was awarded Second Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis. Caitlin Souvannavong from Fort Worth, Texas was awarded Second Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis.

Two TXWES Women's Tennis players were awarded the 2022 Women's Tennis Doubles First Team All-Conference after the 2022 season. Aurora Novati from Milan, Italy won 2022 Women's Tennis Doubles First Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis.

Thamara Pinto from Lima, Peru won 2022 Women's Tennis Doubles First Team All-Conference for TXWES Women's Tennis. The Lady Rams end their season with an 8-3 record after a dominant display towards the end of the season.
