Texas Wesleyan University Gold Line Dancers had an amazing showing at Varsity Nationals Collegiate Competition (NDA) in Daytona Beach, Florida, on April 10th and 12th. The team, comprised of 7 members, competed with Team Spirit Rally, and Team Open (a style consisting of jazz, pom and hip hop all in a 2 minute segment). Varsity Nationals places Texas Wesleyan in the NAIA category, with over 25 collegiate NAIA dance teams attending. This is Texas Wesleyan's 4th appearance in the competition. In the spirit rally category, they advanced to finals and took home 3rd place in the nation for NAIA spirit rally
