MANHEIM – Five Texas Wesleyan University women's wrestlers have been named to the 2025 NAIA Women's Scholar All-American list, as announced by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) on Monday.

The Rams' honorees include freshman Abigail Fonseca (Finance), graduate student Camille Fournier (Business Administration), junior Pella LeFever (Theater Arts), junior Ashley Lekas (Religion), and junior Melissa McCue (English).

To earn Scholar All-American recognition, student-athletes must meet academic and athletic criteria, including a top-eight finish at the NAIA national tournament with a 3.0 GPA, qualifying for nationals with a 3.25 GPA, competing in a conference tournament with a 3.5 GPA, or wrestling in at least 15 matches.

"The NWCA is proud to recognize these outstanding individuals who embody excellence in both athletics and academics," NWCA Executive Director Mike Moyer said.
