NORMAN, OK:  The Texas Wesleyan University men’s track and field team participated in Saturday’s Oklahoma Christian University Indoor Invitational. 
 
The Rams found their greatest success in the 3000m where they placed four runners in the top-12.  Andrew Herrera placed third at 9:10.3 while his teammates, Ramiro Garcia, Manny Belay, and Edwin Ngeno placed sixth, tenth and eleventh respectively.
 
Garcia also placed ninth in the 800m with a time of 2:01.97.  Bobby Hawes turned in Texas Wesleyan’s other top-10 finish, placing tenth in the 600m with a time of 1:29.36.
 
The Rams will return to action at the UT-Tyler time trials on February 17.
