FORT WORTH, TX: The Texas Wesleyan University softball team (8-5) was forced to postpone its home opener for the third time this season. 

The cause of the postponement was due to an officiating issue. The Lady Rams were slated to play SAGU today at Sycamore Park, but were unable to start.
 
The home opener was postponed twice in February, due to heavy rain and inclement weather.
 
The time and date to make-up the double header with the Lions has yet to be determined.
 
The Lady Rams will host the TXWES Spring Break Classic this weekend. Texas Wesleyan is scheduled to play Midland University (NE) on Saturday, March 10 starting at 3:00 p.m.
