OVERLAND PARK, KS - Texas Wesleyan University's Paulina Hudson has been named the Heart of America Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time this year. Announced by the conference Monday afternoon.

Hudson was 3-1 on the week as the Rams faced off with No. 23 Texas A&M-Texarkana and Collin County Community College. Hudson won both of her doubles matches, securing a 6-4 victory in both matchups. In singles Hudosn went 1-1 as she went three sets in both matchups. Against Texarkana she fell 4-6, 6-3, 2-6 and won against Collin 6-1, 1-6, 10-7. Her victory against Texarkana helped the Rams achieve an upset over the Eagles, giving the Rams their first ranked win on the season.
