Raven Moreno and
Tara Martinez.
Haley Butler later singled home Martinez with the tying run.
Another Texas Wesleyan error proved to be costly in the ninth, opening the door to two more runs in the ninth. Emily Bergstrom (18-4), who had come on in relief after Moreno’s double in the eighth, worked around a base-hit from
Skyler Gentry in a scoreless bottom of the ninth.
