LUBBOCK, TX - The TXWES Women's Golf team competed in the Top of Texas Invitational, at Lake Ridge Country Club in Lubbock, TX, on Monday and Tuesday, winning the tournament and individual title.
The women's golf team finished the tournament with a 947 total (+83 over par). Junior Natalie Miksovska  led the Lady Rams, winning the tournament with rounds of 81,76 and 77 (+18).
Senior Malisone Chanthapanya shot 80, 76 and 79 (+19) rounds, finishing T2 with fellow Ram freshman Makena Junkin, with rounds of 76, 80 and 79, one shot off the lead.
Junior Salome Arrango shot 81, 84 and 79 rounds (+26), finishing T6 with one other golfer.
Junior Raeleigh Davidson shot 80, 86 and 80 rounds (+30), rounding out the team score and finishing T9 with three other golfers.
Rounding out the team scoring for the Lady Rams is junior Megan Kim, who shot rounds of 85 and 87 (+28), finishing the tournament T16 with one other golfer.
Sophmore Addie Poulin is competing as an individual shot rounds of 87, 93 and 79 (+43), finishing T20 with three other golfers.
The field in Texas consisted of eight other schools: Â Angelo State, host Wayland Baptist, Bellevue University, Hope International, Kansas Wesleyan, the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma, Huntington and Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
The Lady Rams will compete in the Kyle Blaser Invitational on March 25 at the Greens Golf Club in Oklahoma City, OK.
