Makena Junkin, who finished at 219 (+3).
The Rams' balanced performance secured the championship by nine strokes over second-place Oklahoma City, marking the program's third SAC title and its first since winning back-to-back championships in 2018 and 2021.
Junkin led the field with a three-round total of 219 (+3), improving in each round and closing with a 69 (-3) to seal the victory. The win was the ninth of her career, setting a new program record and surpassing the previous mark of eight held by Alex Schies.
Natalie Miksovska placed third at 227 (+11), highlighted by a 73 (+1) in the second round. Lucia Larruscain added a ninth-place finish with a 238 (+22), carding back-to-back rounds of 77 (+5) to close the tournament.
Texas Wesleyan returns to action May 22 in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
