KANSAS CITY - Texas Wesleyan University slipped eight spots to No. 20 in the first regular-season NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Top 25 poll released last Thursday, as nearly every team shuffled in the wake of fall performances.
Keiser (Fla.) vaulted two places to claim the unanimous No. 1 ranking with 466 points after a dominant fall that included victories at the Invite at Innisbrook and the Jupiter Collegiate Invitational. The Seahawks, who began the season with Matus Cedzo winning the Seahawk Invitational, close their fall Oct. 27-28 at the Citrus Intercollegiate in Davenport, Fla.
Reinhardt (Ga.) made the biggest leap, soaring 18 spots from No. 20 to No. 2 with 443 points. The Eagles won their season opener and the Coastal Georgia Fall Invite, then took third at Innisbrook. They continue Oct. 18-19 at the Bojangles Invite hosted by Tennessee Wesleyan.
Coastal Georgia climbed 13 rungs to No. 3, with Antonio Juarbe tying for first at 6-under in their home fall invite before losing in a playoff.
Unranked teams Blue Mountain Christian (Miss.) and Ave Maria (Fla.) cracked the top 10 at Nos. 4 and 6, respectively. Marian (Ind.) rose nine spots to No. 5 after three early wins.
Defending champion Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) tumbled from No. 1 to No. 10 despite a fall victory.
British Columbia and Victoria (B.C.) held steady at Nos. 11 and 24, the only teams to maintain their preseason positions.

Ratings Methodology
- The rating is rated by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences and unaffiliated groupings.
- The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each rater rates the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place, 28 for third-place and so on through the list.
- The highest and lowest ratings for each team (a non-rating is considered a low rating) are removed. The team's rating will be recalculated with an additional point added to each team for every ballot (including discounted ballots) that the team appears on.
- Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered "receiving votes".
