OKLAHOMA CITY — Texas Wesleyan University (9-9-0, 3-6-0 SAC) will enter the 2025 Sooner Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Tournament as the No. 7 seed and will face No. 2 seed John Brown in the opening round on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
The Rams earned the higher seed over Panhandle State via a head-to-head tiebreaker. Texas Wesleyan also handed John Brown its only conference loss of the season, a 3-2 victory on Oct. 9. The Golden Eagles, who are receiving votes in the latest NAIA coaches poll, finished the regular season 10-3-4 overall and 5-1-3 in SAC play.
Oklahoma City claimed the SAC regular-season championship for the first time since 2014 and secured the top seed in the tournament. The Stars (11-3-4, 5-0-4) will host No. 8 seed Panhandle State (6-5-5, 2-4-3) at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brian Harvey Field.
Mid-America Christian earned the No. 3 seed and will meet No. 6 seed Southwestern Christian at 7 p.m. in Oklahoma City. Wayland Baptist, the No. 4 seed, will host No. 5 seed Central Christian at 6 p.m. in Plainview, Texas.
The SAC semifinals are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 7, followed by the championship match on Monday, Nov. 10.
